Dropped my car off to have a part replaced (which was broke when we got the car) and it was fixed quicker than I expected. Just wish they had given us a time frame - we ran some errands and by the time we got home had a call it was ready and had to turn right around to go pick it up

Had a 3pm appt for an oil change and it was close to 430 when we were done. I overheard someone saying they had been told 45 mins and it had been over 2 hours for them. I understand sometimes things run behind schedule, but maybe a courtesy text or being told at check in that things are running behind so I can plan other errands while waiting. There was one guy, not sure if he was in sales or not, but very loudly using the F word that you could hear from the other side of the building. And he did that many many times while we were there. I am not adverse to an occasional cuss word, but there was a small child about 7-10 years old also in the waiting area that was hearing this so many times, and so loudly. Again, occasionally cussing in conversation is not a big deal. But in more of a professional setting, maybe rein it in and lower the volume The quality of the oil change/tire rotation etc was great though.

Deniz made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. She was quite knowledgeable about the product and answered our questions. I learned later that she had only been making sales for two weeks. That made her expertise even more amazing.

I took my wife's Colorado in for an oil & filter change. I had made an appointment, but brought it in earlier than scheduled because I was in the area. I had called and was told I could. I waited for about an hour and a half and noticed the truck get brought out and parked in front of the building. I waited to hear from someone, but after about 15 minutes, I texted Leslie, asking if it was ready. I saw him sitting in an office with another employee, by the waiting room. Leslie was who I received a text from telling me I could text him any time with questions. I waited another 10 minutes, but never heard back. I finally asked Sarah about it and she found the paperwork on Leslie's desk, and took care of checking me out. The service was good in respect to what was done, but I was very displeased with the lack of response from Leslie. And thank you, Sarah, for taking care of it for me. No telling how much longer I would have had to wait.
