Will and Mathew did an excellent job with my appointments.

They were very helpful in assisting me in finding a new car within my budget.

My service was performed in a reasonable amount of time and I was pleased with the outcome. There is one comment. I would prefer that the oil change/service techs put down a paper mat in the floor board and also clean greasy prints off the steering wheel and door when finished.

Everyone was very courteous and diligent. We gave them a challenge and they worked magic to make it all come together. We are very grateful for the time and work they put in to help us.

Once the required parts arrived, the repair was completed expeditiously. During the time waiting on parts, I was kept informed of progress. That was much appreciated.

We had a difficult time with our extended warranty company who was not being very honest or helpful and Olivia went to bat for us. She helped us communicate with the company and we ended up getting our service covered. She was great to work with and because of her we will be back!

This is the second vehicle I bought within a year from Shawn Wright at this dealership. He helped get what I was looking for with no problems. Very good experience.
